Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") create a contract between you and ReviewToWeb (the "Company", "we", "us"), operated by Lukáš Gurecký, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic under company registration number (IČO) 08173257, with a registered office at Štěpánská 318/3a, Trnitá, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Please read them carefully. Together with our Privacy Policy, they govern your access to and use of the Service.

1. Introduction

By using, accessing, or otherwise interacting with the Service or any related website or subdomain operated by ReviewToWeb, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any future revisions.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract in order to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Do not share your login details or account with anyone outside your organisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login.

2. Definitions

Company / we / us / our: ReviewToWeb, its products, websites, services, and authorised representatives.

User / you / your: any person or entity that uses the Service.

Service: the ReviewToWeb website, its subdomains, and related tools for generating and editing business websites from publicly available business review and profile data — including review-based generation, editing, hosting on a ReviewToWeb subdomain, and website export.

Output: any website, page, copy, structure, section, text, summary, or layout generated or provided through the Service.

User Content: any content, text, images, links, branding, business details, or other materials you submit, upload, paste, connect, or otherwise provide through the Service.

Third-party content: content originating from third-party platforms, including Google Maps listings, reviews, and business-profile information.

3. Plans and license

The Service offers different plans that determine how many websites you can create. Feature availability and plan limits may be introduced, changed, or removed over time; any pricing or feature examples shown on our website are part of the commercial offer and are subject to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms and your plan, ReviewToWeb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and the Output for your business or commercial website purposes.

You retain your rights in your User Content. ReviewToWeb retains all rights in the Service, including its software, workflows, design systems, and templates.

How paid plans are billed, renewed, and cancelled is described in Billing, trials, and cancellation below.

4. Billing, trials, and cancellation

Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as selected at checkout, in the currency shown at checkout (currently US dollars). Prices shown do not include VAT or other taxes; see Taxes in Refunds and right of withdrawal below.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card details — Stripe collects and secures your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

The Pro plan carries a one-time 3-day free trial, available once per customer. Your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The Agency plan has no trial and is billed immediately at signup.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel or switch plans at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no partial refund is given for the unused portion of that period. Switching between paid plans takes effect immediately — your new plan's limits apply right away — but billing is not prorated; the new price is billed starting at your next renewal.

If a renewal payment fails, we (through Stripe) may retry it; if it continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan.

If your paid subscription ends for any reason, your account reverts to the Free plan: websites you already created remain hosted and viewable, but creating additional websites beyond the Free plan's limit, editing website content, changing your subdomain, and exporting are locked again until you resubscribe.

5. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Except as required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, downgrades, or unused features.

Taxes: prices shown do not include VAT, sales tax, or similar. ReviewToWeb's operator is not currently registered for VAT and does not charge VAT on the Service. If applicable law requires such taxes to be collected in the future, they may be added to your invoice.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your first subscription purchase within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, under applicable consumer-protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at support@reviewtoweb.com within that period and we will refund what you paid for that purchase. This right applies to your initial purchase of a plan and does not extend to subsequent renewals of an ongoing subscription.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

6. Permitted use

You may use the Service and its Output:

  • to generate a website for your business, or a business you are authorised to represent;
  • to edit website copy, sections, titles, descriptions, and images within the Service;
  • to publish and host the resulting website on a ReviewToWeb subdomain;
  • to export your website;
  • for lawful commercial or non-commercial website purposes.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service:

  • in any illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful manner;
  • to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • to upload or connect content you do not have the right to use;
  • to misrepresent your identity, authority, business, or relationship to any business listing;
  • to scrape, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or build a competing product from the Service;
  • to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service or other users' access;
  • to generate or publish false, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful content;
  • to create misleading representations of customer sentiment, review history, or business performance;
  • for spam, phishing, malware, or abusive automated activity;
  • to bypass plan, account, or feature limits;
  • if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes, or if you are listed on any applicable restricted-party list.

8. Third-party platforms and data

The Service relies on publicly available third-party content, including Google Maps listings and reviews. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such content is lawful and complies with the terms of those third parties.

Third-party platforms may change their content, availability, access methods, or terms at any time. We are not responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, missing content, or changes resulting from third-party actions. Ratings and reviews shown are snapshots and may not reflect the current state on the source platform.

9. Term and termination

These Terms begin when you first access or use the Service and remain in effect while you use it. Your access to certain features may depend on your plan.

ReviewToWeb may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a prohibited way. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your websites, which removes their associated data and hosted files.

10. Your account

An account is for one user, unless a team arrangement permits otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it, and for providing accurate, current information. We use passwordless email sign-in; you are responsible for the security of your email inbox. We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or legal compliance.

11. User content and third-party content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions of your User Content and any third-party content you provide or cause the Service to process. You grant ReviewToWeb a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content only as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your business content or branding. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of third-party content such as reviews or listing details, and may remove or restrict any content, website, or account we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the law, or third-party requirements.

12. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, branding, interface design, workflows, and page structures — is owned by ReviewToWeb or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any website will achieve any particular marketing, ranking, or business outcome, or that generated summaries or copy will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any Output before publishing or relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewToWeb's total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim, if any, and ReviewToWeb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewToWeb, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Service;
  • your User Content;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

17. General terms

Assignment: these Terms are personal to you and not assignable without our prior written consent; ReviewToWeb may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Waiver: no delay in exercising a right waives it.

18. Disputes and force majeure

The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally and in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including fire, flood, strike, internet outage, government action, or acts of God.
